Trick or Treaters

My friend Autumn brought her kids over to show us their super cute costumes, and to "trick or treat". They were so cute, I just had to post the pictures of them. They were Winnie the pooh, and a hunny bee, and she made a hunny pot for them to get their candy in. SO CUTE!!

We got only one trick or treater this year... She wasn't even old enough to know what Halloween is, or to say anything...

Looks like you had a good time with your friends for Halloween.

We love you- and look forward to seeing Justin and Alicia at Thanksgiving!

I was also going to comment on how few trick-or-treaters we had this year - two. And they were friends that I had e-mailed/called and said,"hey we have candy if you're taking your kids out, we don't want to eat it all."

oh well.

We ended up with 9 this year - but 6 of them were like Paul's - we said, HEY we bought special candy for your kids and we'll be up til midnight - come by on your way home from town. The church and the school both had trunk or treat kind of activities, so kids don't go door to door anymore, it seems. Aren't my "grandkids" cuties??? We just really love them. Charlotte

I guess Alicia didn't mention these are my "grandbabies". It is funny - the boy, Mylan, calls me "gamma" but when they came in their costumes, they were with their real grandma, so he came in and said, Hi Charlotte. Just like he was 40 years old. And somehow, he knew he shouldn't call me gamma in front of the other grandma. What a character.
